Prior to becoming Chief of Staff at daydream, Wesley spearheaded growth initiatives at Hustle Fund’s Angel Squad. Initially, I joined the team as a growth intern (thanks to Thenuka) and rapidly transitioned to a full-time position in three months.

Wesley also worked at Montage Partners, a middle-market private equity firm, and ElevateU, an Arizona-based EdTech startup. Additionally, he ran his own consulting business focusing on audience growth.

Wesley believes in learning by doing. This philosophy led him to make the bold decision to leave college for the world of startups, a choice that has profoundly shaped his career.

Outside of the office, he’s a skydiver (with 35 jumps), a runner, and a coffee enthusiast.
